Norse is a wine bar and independent wine shop in the heart of Durham. Our wall of wine holds over 100 bottles — crisp whites, natural wines, English sparkling, Champagne and reds from far-flung places — and every one of them is available to take home.
If you're looking for natural wine in Durham, you'll find a good shelf of it here — low-intervention bottles from small producers, alongside the classics.
Not sure what to choose? Ask us. We're happy to open a bottle by the glass, talk you through the list, or pick something for a dinner party, a gift, or a quiet night in. Stay for a glass and a few Swedish small plates while you browse.
