Swedish Small Plates

Rooted in Scandinavian tradition, our food celebrates simplicity and seasonality. Our small plates are inspired by Swedish classics — Toast Skagen, gubbröra, pytt i panna, cured and smoked fish — served tapas-style and made to share over a bottle. We work with trusted local farmers and producers to bring you dishes that are honest, ingredient-led, and carefully considered. Drop in for lunch in Durham city centre, a light bite before the theatre, or a long evening of plates and wine.
